Hello everyone,

I bought a Chingu mobile plan and I am leaving Korea for Japan next week. I do not have my residence card yet but I received the foreign residence certificate today. Is it possible to link the Chingu plan to the certificate by any chance? Otherwise I have heard the plan will be canceled.
