Refund Policy for CHINGUMOBILE

 

 

① If CHINGUMOBILE is unable to deliver the purchased goods or provide services due to reasons such as product out of stock, they will promptly notify the user of the reason. If the payment for the goods has been received in advance, CHINGUMOBILE will refund the payment within 10 business days from the date of receipt or take necessary measures for the refund.

 

② Users can withdraw their subscription within 15 days from the date of receiving the goods. However, the following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

1. Cases where the goods are lost or damaged due to the user's responsibility (excluding cases where the packaging is damaged to check the contents of the goods).
2. Cases where the value of the goods significantly decreases due to the user's use or partial consumption.
3. Cases where the value of the goods significantly decreases to the extent that resale becomes difficult over time.
4. Cases where an email containing irretrievable information for ESIM products is sent.
5. Cases where the user fails to receive the goods due to a no-show.


③ Despite the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of the goods or services are different from the displayed/advertising contents or the contract is not fulfilled as agreed, users can withdraw the subscription, etc., within 3 months from the date of receiving the goods or within 30 days from the date when they became aware of the fact.

 

④ If CHINGUMOBILE receives the returned goods from the user, they will refund the payment for the goods within 10 business days. In case CHINGUMOBILE delays the refund of the goods to the user, they will pay the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate specified in Article 21-3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

 

⑤ When refunding the payment, if the user has paid the payment for the goods or services through a credit card or electronic currency, CHINGUMOBILE will promptly request the business operator who provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the billing of the payment for the goods.

 

⑥ In the case of withdrawal, the user is responsible for the costs necessary for the return of the supplied goods. CHINGUMOBILE will not claim any penalty or damages from the user for withdrawal. However, if the goods are returned due to a discrepancy between the contents of the goods and the displayed/advertising contents or the contract, CHINGUMOBILE will bear the costs necessary for the return of the goods.
