Just a heads up for anyone in Korea right now — the government is starting another 공연 ticket discount event from May 22.

They’re giving out ₩10,000 coupons that can be used for:

• musicals
• theater plays
• classical concerts
• traditional Korean performances
• dance shows

You can claim them through sites like Yes24, Ticketlink, Naver Reservation, etc., and apparently the discounts can stack with existing promo prices too.

Looks like they’re also trying to promote 공연 outside the Seoul area this time, so there are additional discounts for regional venues as well. Could actually be a good excuse to check out local 공연장 if you live outside Seoul or are traveling around Korea this summer.

Sadly it doesn’t apply to K-pop concerts 😭 but some smaller musicals and theater tickets might end up being super cheap with the coupon applied.

Definitely feels worth checking if you already planned on seeing a 공연 sometime soon.
