Lately, it really feels like the perfect season to catch a cold.
When the wind blows, it suddenly gets chilly, but once it stops, the sun makes it warm enough to sweat again.
With the weather changing back and forth like this, it’s easy for our bodies to get confused and for us to catch a cold.

Make sure to bring a light jacket when you go out,
and try not to get hit by the cold wind right after you’ve been sweating!
A lot of people around me have been coughing or dealing with runny noses these days 😷

Also, according to the weather forecast, there’s going to be a big temperature drop starting next week —
it feels like autumn is disappearing before we even get to enjoy it! 🍁
So drink plenty of warm water, get enough rest, and take care of yourself.
