Hi everyone! Autumn is coming, and it’s time to see Korea turn red and gold. This year’s fall foliage will start a little later than usual because of the warm weather.

The first autumn colors are expected to appear around September 30 at Seoraksan Mountain, and the peak will reach most regions from mid-October to early November.

In Seoul, the best time to enjoy fall leaves will be late October to early November, especially at Gyeongbokgung Palace, Deoksugung Stone Wall Road, and Bukhansan National Park.

If you travel south, Naejangsan and Jirisan will show their best colors around late October to mid-November. On Jeju Island, the leaves will peak around the end of October.
