Andong Mask Dance Festival (late Sept – early Oct): I went once before and it was honestly such a unique experience. Lots of traditional performances, colorful masks, and even hands-on activities. Totally worth the trip.

Seoul Street Arts Festival: This one basically turns the city into a stage — you’ll see performers in random streets and plazas. It feels really lively, especially in the evenings.

Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival: If you’re into history, this is super fun. They do reenactments in the fortress at night, which feels kind of magical.

Food festivals: September is harvest season, so there are always local food festivals popping up. It’s the perfect excuse to eat seasonal dishes and street food.
