The weather has been getting hotter lately! Daytime temperatures are generally over 30°C, with highs reaching up to 35°C. Especially around noon, the UV rays are strong, and it’s easy to get heatstroke or sunburn.
Please remember to protect yourself from the sun when going out—wear a hat, apply sunscreen, and don’t forget your umbrella or parasol!
Try to avoid staying under direct sunlight for too long around midday, as it can quickly cause fatigue or overheating.
Drink plenty of water, eat fruits, and keep yourself well hydrated!
If you start feeling dizzy or weak, take a break right away—don’t try to push through it.
Let’s all stay healthy and safe through this hot August!
🌻 Take care and enjoy a safe, sun-protected summer!
