As someone who loves flowers and is passionate about the beauty of nature, I can’t miss the Rose Festival at Seoul Grand Park — a vibrant event held around mid-May every year. Every time I visit, I feel like I’m stepping into a fairytale world filled with hundreds of blooming roses, from deep crimson blossoms to soft yellow and sweet pastel pink ones. The festival atmosphere is both lively and dreamy — stone paths lined with colorful roses, and every corner of the park is thoughtfully decorated so visitors can take photos, relax, and enjoy the enchanting fragrance. Besides admiring the flowers, I also love participating in various festival activities such as taking pictures with floral displays, watching outdoor music performances, and trying rose-themed food. For me, the Rose Festival is not only a place to appreciate the beauty of nature, but also a chance to unwind, recharge, and create cherished memories in the early days of summer.
