During my short trip to Seoul, one of the most unforgettable experiences was the food. From the moment I landed, I couldn’t resist trying all the local delicacies. I started with a bowl of hot, steaming Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi stew) at a small restaurant near my hotel, which perfectly balanced spicy and savory flavors. The bibimbap I had for lunch was another highlight, with vibrant vegetables and a perfect egg on top, all mixed together with a spicy sauce. I also indulged in some street food, trying tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) and hotteok (sweet pancakes) while wandering around Myeongdong. Each bite was a new experience, and I couldn't stop savoring the authentic flavors of Korea. It was truly a short but delicious food adventure that I will never forget!
