The first time I came to Korea, my Korean friend took me to this BBQ restaurant, and the food was really good. If you visit Myeongdong, you should try it. At first, I thought it was just regular pork belly, but it turned out to be black pork, which has a very different texture compared to regular pork. The restaurant offers many sauces, and the staff recommended one that has a bit of a strong smell. Surprisingly, it tasted great with the pork belly.
