Why the SIM is not working?

1. Please make sure if the plan still active.
2. Please check if had left Korea without completing ARC connection. (Leaving Korea when the number is under passport will cause termination and cannot reactivate)
3. Please check if you had left Korea and return the ARC to the immigration.
4. Contact Chingu Mobile customer service for checking.
