USIM] (iPhone & Samsung) Speed up Plan [C]
•The number registered with a passport will be canceled when you leave Korea or if your visa expires during the usage period. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.
•Only iPhones and Samsung phones released after 2020 are supported. Other Android models are not compatible.
•This plan includes unlimited calls, texts, and data. ( 11GB monthly + 2GB daily provided at 4G high speed, when you use all of the high-speed data , it will be automatically switched to unlimited data at 3Mbps speed.)
•The hotspot is only available for the high-speed data portion (11GB monthly + 2GB daily).
•The plan provides unlimited calls only to 010, 070, 080, and home phone numbers. Calls to other paid numbers (such as customer service hotlines like 1345) will incur additional charges, which will be deducted from the balance and may shorten the usage period.
•If the package is not renewed within 30 days after expiration, the number will be automatically canceled.
•One month is based on a standard of 30 days.
•The shipping will be arranged from Monday to Friday at 16:30. Delivery takes 1-2 business days (3-4 business days for Jeju Island).
•In special circumstances, delivery may be slightly delayed.
•The delivery order will be shipped after the SIM card is activated.
•Example: Activation/Shipping Date: August 4th → Delivery Completion Date: August 5th"
•The SIM activation with a foreign passport can only be processed after fully passing through Korean immigration.
•The service is only available within Korea.
•One passport cannot purchase the same plan within 94 days. If the purchase for the same plan is made during the restriction period, activation will not be possible. If you need to make a repeat purchase, please contact customer service for consultation first.
•Opening and customer service operation hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 19:00 (KST).
•Airport Pickup: Monday - Sunday 7:00 - 21:00 (KST)
•Regarding airport pickup or store pickup, please prepare your passport and order number.
•(*Korean customers must bring a valid passport along with a driver's license or resident ID to the offline store for processing.)
Cancellation Policy Based on Korean Standard Time (GMT +9:00)
Order cancellations made at least 3 days before the SIM collection date: 100% refund.
Cancellations made 1–2 days before the SIM collection date: Non-refundable.
If you need to make any changes to your schedule, please contact Chingu Mobile customer service at least 3 days before the SIM collection date."
