[USIM] (iPhone & Samsung) Basic Plan [C] • A phone number registered with a passport will be automatically canceled if you leave Korea or if your visa expires during the usage period, and the remaining balance will not be refunded. • Only iPhone and Samsung devices released after 2020 are supported, and other Android devices may not be compatible. • This plan provides unlimited calls, SMS, and data. (300MB of high-speed 4G data is provided, and after it is used up, it will automatically switch to unlimited data at 3Mbps.) • Hotspot (tethering) is not supported. • Unlimited calls are limited to 010, 070, 080, and Korean landline numbers. Calls to other paid numbers (such as 1345) will incur additional charges and will be deducted from the balance, which may shorten the usage period. • If the plan is not renewed within 30 days after expiration, the number will be automatically canceled. • One month is calculated as 30 days. • Shipping is processed Monday to Friday at 16:30, and delivery takes about 1–2 business days (3–4 business days for Jeju Island). Delivery may be delayed in special situations. • Orders for delivery are shipped after the SIM card is activated. Example: Activation/Shipping date Aug 4 → Delivery date Aug 5. • SIM activation with a foreign passport is only possible after passing immigration and fully entering Korea. • This service can only be used within South Korea. • The same passport cannot repurchase the same plan within 94 days. If purchased during the restricted period, activation may not be possible. Please contact customer support before repurchasing. • Foreign Registration Card (ARC) linking is supported only for plans of 3 months or longer. • Store and customer support hours: Monday–Sunday 10:00–19:00 (KST). • Airport pickup: Monday–Sunday 07:00–21:00 (KST). • When picking up at the airport or store, please prepare your passport and order number. (Korean customers must bring a valid passport plus a driver’s license or national ID for processing at the store.) Cancellation Policy: Based on Korea Standard Time (GMT+9). Cancellation at least 3 days before the SIM pickup date: 100% refund. Cancellation 1–2 days before pickup: no refund. If you need to change the schedule, please contact Chingu Mobile customer support at least 3 days before the pickup date.
