• The phone number cannot be switched to other services. • ARC connection is not available for this plan. • Please scan the QR code and activate it within 30 days after received. • The product comes with high speed unlimited data at 100Mbps, and can only receive SMS & calls(cannot call or text). •This service requires users to complete passport verification on the website before they can receive text messages and answer phone calls. This service is exclusively for short-term travelers (within 90 days). Foreigners staying for more than 91 days are unable to complete passport verification and therefore cannot use the call-answering function. • The service cannot be extended, if you want to continue the service may reorder directly. • Service terminated when it expires. • Service is only available with foreign passports. • The joining fee is included. • Service active right away at the arrival date with 2 days pre-order in advance. • Operation time for activation and customer service center: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 19:00. (KST) • Service terminated when it expires. • The activation QR code will be sent via email, it will be sent from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 19:00.     I bought this plan but never received the QR code to set up the esim on my phone. I went to the Korea University branch of Chingu mobile for help and the workers there told me after 15 minutes that they also cannot set it up on my phone because of a system error. They offered another plan (unlimited data plan premium) with 5GB/day of full speed data (+unlimited data at 1 Mbps which is a ridiculous speed btw) for the same price which is already a worse deal. I had to take that offer because they weren't sure whether my originally purchased plan would ever work...
    Now this other plan is ridiculously slow, it is supposed to be 4G but the full speed is only between 1-3 Mbps!!! It cannot even properly load Naver maps, and Instagram and Tiktok videos constantly stop for loading. I want a refund because this is just unacceptable!

    I haven't been able to use the eSIM because of my phone, but the customer service is excellent. They resolved the issue very quickly. I recommend them if you're looking for a phone company with excellent customer service.
