Where to Pick Up Your Korean SIM Card at Incheon International Airport

 

Currently, Chingu Mobile has arranged two SIM pickup locations at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport for easy access for our customers.

 

Don't forget to bring your passport so the staff can verify it with your order. If the passport photo you sent to Chingu Mobile when placing your order wasn't perfect, don't worry! The bookstore staff will help you rescan your passport photo to ensure it meets the requirements for SIM activation in Korea.

 

Terminal 1

 

 

At Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport, Korea, you can pick up your Chingu Mobile Korean SIM card on the 1st floor (ground floor), Arrivals Area, right at Exit 7 at the Airport Bookstore. Here, you can easily find the bookstore, enter, tell the staff you want to pick up your Chingu Mobile SIM, and they will assist you wholeheartedly.

 

Terminal 2

 

 

At Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport, Korea, you can pick up your Chingu Mobile Korean SIM card on the 3rd floor, Departures Area, behind Row D at the Airport Bookstore. The bookstore is located next to the restrooms and is quite easy to find as it's large. Enter and find the staff who can assist you with your Korean SIM pickup.

 

Important Notes When Picking Up Your Korean SIM Card

 

The two bookstores at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 will assist you with Korean SIM card pickups from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day (including weekends and holidays). However, SIM activation hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day, as these are the operating hours of Korean telecommunications companies.
