I recently visited Yeosu, a coastal city in the southern part of Korea, and it turned out to be a really relaxing trip.

Compared to Seoul, the atmosphere is much calmer and slower. The city is surrounded by the ocean, so you get nice views almost everywhere you go. It felt like a good place to take a break from busy daily life.

One of the highlights was the cable car ride over the sea. The view was especially beautiful in the evening when the sun was setting. I also visited Odongdo Island, which is known for its walking trails and natural scenery. It’s a quiet place and good for a simple walk.

The food was another positive part of the trip. Yeosu is known for seafood, and most of what I tried was fresh and reasonably priced.

Overall, Yeosu is a nice destination if you are looking for a peaceful trip, whether it’s with friends or on your own.
