Cherry blossom season is over, unfortunately, but I just wanted to share a marvelous spot that I found this this spring! 🌸

 

 

 

The spot is a park in front of a library in the centre of Seoul! It is located right in the middle of Bukcheon Hanok Village but not many people know about is so it was pefect for enjoying the blossoms without the crowds.

🚇Take subway Line 3  to Anguk Station and get out of Exit 1

 

The park is not too big but it is PACKED with cherry trees all blooming at the same time! There various sorts of trees and nice decorations to take pictures with. Look at this Korean-style pavillion - absolutely adorable! 😍

 

 

There are also benches and soft chairs to sit down and enjoy the flowers. Perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee to-go. Since it is a library there is also a small collection of books available for everyone to read outside. Or you can go inside and find something to read inside at a reading room. ☕📖

 

 

 

The best part is that there are almost no people, compared to other popular spots like Yeouido. I went in the morning so there was literally no one! Don't tell anyone! 🤫
