Is it just me, or does everything feel better once strawberry season starts? The weather gets warmer, cafés roll out strawberry desserts, and suddenly strawberries are everywhere—cakes, drinks, tarts, you name it.

What I love most about strawberry season is how fresh and colorful everything feels. Even a simple strawberry cake feels special during this time of year. And let’s be honest, strawberry lattes and parfaits just hit different when they’re made with seasonal strawberries.

It’s also the perfect excuse to go strawberry picking with friends or family. Fresh strawberries straight from the farm taste way better than the ones you buy off-season. A little sour, a little sweet—perfect balance.
