The temperature in Seoul has dropped sharply recently, and the weather has suddenly become extremely cold, catching the citizens off guard. The hot soy milk and seaweed rice rolls from the roadside breakfast stalls have become the most popular choices. Many office workers say that getting up in the morning has become particularly difficult, and the heating in the car is also turned on significantly earlier.

As the low temperature persists, the urban management department has intensified road de-icing operations to prevent traffic accidents caused by icing on major Bridges and ramps. Meanwhile, the community center has opened temporary heating points, providing a warm resting place for outdoor workers and elderly people living alone. The fountain in the park has suspended operation, and the cycling path along the Han River is also covered with a thin layer of frost, reminding people of the true arrival of winter.
