I remember going to Busan last May and having an amazing bowl of dwaeji gukbap (pork soup rice). The rich pork bone broth mixed with hot rice was absolutely perfect, and the taste still lingers in my mind.
Now that it's May again, I can't help but crave another bowl of it. The warmth and satisfaction from that meal were unbeatable. I’m really looking forward to going back and enjoying that delicious dish once more, especially by the sea with some kimchi on the side!
