The weather this year feels off.
Winter wouldn’t leave,
and then—suddenly—it got too warm.

I was expecting a few perfect in-between days.
Soft wind, gentle sunlight,
the kind of weather that lets you slowly switch to lighter clothes.
Evening walks under cherry blossoms—
watching them bloom slowly, fall slowly.
Like time was taking its time.

But no.
One night, the coat became too hot.
A few rains came.
The blossoms were gone.
And the air already started to smell like early summer.

So now it just feels like—

Seoul skipped spring this year.
Like someone quietly hit the fast-forward button.

I wasn’t ready.
But the season didn’t wait.
