According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, as of 15:00 on the 27th, the depth of snow in Seoul reached 18 centimeters, the largest snowfall in November since 1907, breaking the record of 12.4 centimeters on November 28, 1972. In Incheon, west of Seoul, 14.8 centimeters of snow fell at 15 p.m., breaking the previous record set in 1972. In Suwon, south of Seoul, 21 centimeters of snow fell at 15 p.m., the heaviest snowfall on record in November.
