I’ve just got my sim from chingumobile konkuk.univ tdy. I have no idea how my phone was locked. The staff told me cell phones from the U.S. will locked when I am in Korea. Then they teach me to contact the operator in U.S. to unblock my phone . After that my phone can finally activate my sim. Really appreciate it.
