1.This is a data-only plan. After expiration, it cannot be recharged or extended and will be automatically terminated. 2.This plan does not include Korean voice calls or SMS services. 3.Identity verification is not available, and the plan cannot be linked to an ARC (Alien Registration Card). 4.The plan cannot be changed or switched to another carrier. 5.Please ensure that data roaming is enabled on your device. Otherwise, the service may not work properly.Some devices may experience limited access to NAVER MAP or the international version of TikTok. No other issues have been reported so far. 6.eSIM Activation Customers who choose eSIM will receive the activation email and QR code 2 days before the scheduled entry date. eSIM can only be activated after arriving in Korea and while connected to stable Wi-Fi. Activating before arrival or under unstable network conditions may cause the QR code to become invalid. Sent or expired QR codes cannot be resent or refunded. 7.This service is valid only within South Korea. Usage time starts immediately upon activation. Usage is calculated as 3 days = 72 hours, based on the actual activation time. No refunds will be provided if the QR code is scanned in advance and cannot be used. 8.QR Code Restrictions Each QR code can be scanned only once. Installed eSIMs cannot be transferred to another device. Once deleted, the eSIM cannot be reinstalled. 9.No refunds will be issued due to activation failure caused by: Carrier-locked devices Devices that do not support eSIM Other personal reasons 10.Customer Support Hours Monday–Sunday, 10:00–19:00 (KST) 11.Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled entry date are eligible for a 100% refund. 12.Cancellations made within 3 days of entry (SIM pickup or eSIM) are non-refundable. Reservation Changes To change the pickup or entry date, please contact customer support at least 72 hours before the scheduled entry date (before 5:00 PM KST).
