最近发现 투썸 的아박（아이스박스）出了好几个新款，本来只是想去买杯咖啡，结果站在柜台前纠结了半天😂

以前아박基本都是巧克力饼干＋奶油的经典组合，这次的新系列明显多了很多不同口味，可以根据自己的喜好选择。喜欢巧克力的、喜欢甜一点的、喜欢清爽口味的，好像都能找到适合自己的。

而且아박这种蛋糕真的很适合夏天吃，冰冰凉凉的，奶油不会觉得太腻，配一杯冰美式刚刚好☕️🍰

最近韩国的天气真的开始慢慢变了🥹 前段时间还是又热又闷，最近一下雨，气温就明显降下来了，尤其是早晚，已经有一点秋天的感觉了。

这几天出门真的很需要带伞，天气预报看着没下雨，走着走着突然就开始下😂 而且下完雨之后温度会低不少，晚上回家的时候明显感觉凉快了很多。

第一次在韓國住下來，原本以為丟垃圾就是「垃圾丟進垃圾桶」這麼簡單。

結果真正開始生活後才發現……

不，完全沒有這麼簡單。😂

在韓國，垃圾分類真的非常講究。

一般垃圾要用指定的垃圾袋，回收物則要另外分類。紙類、塑膠、玻璃、鐵罐……基本上都有自己的分類方式。

最讓人困惑的，通常不是大的垃圾，而是那些「看起來應該可以一起丟」的小東西。

例如喝完的飲料瓶，通常要先把裡面的內容物倒乾淨，再按照規定處理；外面的標籤、瓶蓋有時候也需要分開。

吃完外送或便利商店食品之後，包裝盒也不能看到「塑膠」兩個字就直接丟進回收。

還有廚餘。

水果皮、剩飯、骨頭，到底哪些算廚餘、哪些算一般垃圾，第一次自己處理的時候真的很容易搞混。

而且不同地區、住宅的規定可能還會有一些差異，所以剛搬到韓國的時候，最實用的東西之一其實不是旅遊攻略……

而是先搞清楚自己住的地方垃圾到底要怎麼丟。😂

剛開始可能會覺得很麻煩，但住久了之後其實就會慢慢習慣。

甚至最後會變成一種反射動作：

立秋之后，真的可以明显感觉到天气开始慢慢变了

虽然白天还是有点热，太阳出来的时候依旧很有存在感，但早晚已经舒服很多了。尤其是最近出门的时候，吹过来的风开始变成凉凉的风，不再是前段时间那种热乎乎、黏黏的感觉。下班或者晚上出去散步的时候，吹着风真的会觉得“啊，秋天好像真的要来了”

每年到了这个时候，就会开始期待秋天。天气凉一点之后，感觉整个人的胃口都会变好夏天没什么食欲的时候，只想喝冰咖啡、吃冰的东西，到了秋天就开始想吃一些热乎乎的东西了。

火锅、烤肉、部队锅、热汤饭，还有路边热腾腾的鱼饼和炒年糕，好像都特别适合这种天气。还有秋天不能错过的栗子、红薯、柿子之类的，光是想想就觉得很幸福

当然现在还没有完全凉下来，白天出门还是要注意防晒！不要看到有凉风了就觉得太阳不晒了紫外线还是有的，出门记得擦防晒，帽子、遮阳伞也可以继续用起来。

希望接下来天气可以慢慢凉快下来～一边吹着凉风，一边吃点热乎乎的美食，感觉这才是秋天该有的样子

🎸 韓國人參加音樂節，真的很會準備

上週 PENTAPORT ROCK FESTIVAL 剛結束，看完現場之後最大的感想之一就是：

韓國人參加音樂節，真的很會準備。😂

原本以為大家就是帶著手機、票券，到了現場跟著音樂一起玩就好了，結果真的到了現場才發現，韓國人根本已經把戶外音樂節當成一整天的「夏日野餐」。

因為韓國夏天真的很熱，所以現場隨處都能看到戴著帽子、擦著防曬的人。手持小風扇、冰水、毛巾這些東西也幾乎隨處可見。

而且很多人不是從頭到尾站在舞台前。

找一個舒服的位置，鋪上野餐墊，和朋友坐著聊天、吃東西，想看的樂團開始表演時再跑去舞台前面。演出結束後又回來休息，整個節奏非常舒服。

這種感覺跟單純去看一場演唱會真的不太一樣。

音樂節好像不是「去看誰的表演」而已，而是從下午開始，一群朋友一起待在戶外，吃東西、喝飲料、聊天，順便聽喜歡的音樂。

當然，韓國夏天的天氣也很有自己的想法。大太陽、突然下雨都是有可能的，所以很多人連雨衣、防水袋都準備好了。

看著大家一個個從包包裡拿出各種東西，我只想說：

到底是來參加音樂節，還是來露營的？😂

但不得不說，這種準備方式真的很聰明。

畢竟戶外音樂節一待就是大半天，準備得越完整，最後才能真正享受音樂，而不是一直想著「好熱」、「好渴」、「手機沒電了」。

這次看完 PENTAPORT，也終於有點理解為什麼韓國人這麼喜歡音樂節。
