这届世界杯看着葡萄牙离开赛场，心里突然有一种说不出来的空落落。不是因为输赢，而是因为很可能这是最后一次在世界杯的舞台上看到C罗了。

从小时候熬夜看球，到后来每四年都会期待世界杯，好像已经习惯了有他的身影。无论状态怎么样、是不是首发，只要看到葡萄牙的比赛，总会下意识寻找那个熟悉的7号。

很多人都会说，时间不会放过任何人。曾经那个带球狂奔、无所不能的少年，也慢慢变成了球队里的老将。我们总觉得还有下一届、还有下一次，可回过神才发现，原来有些比赛真的就是最后一场。

其实这一届世界杯最让我感触的，不是冠军是谁，而是越来越多陪伴我们成长的球员，一个接一个离开世界杯的舞台。突然发现，原来不是球员老了，而是我们也长大了。

《鬼怪》十周年

最近看了《鬼怪》十周年特别节目，真的有一种时间过得好快的感觉。

没想到这部剧已经陪伴大家十年了。当熟悉的OST一响起，看到孔刘、李栋旭、金高银他们再次聚在一起聊天，很多当年的画面一下子都回来了。虽然剧情已经很熟悉了，但还是会忍不住想起鬼怪和恩倬初遇的画面、阴间使者和Sunny的故事，还有那些又温暖又治愈的台词。

看完节目以后，最大的后遗症就是——突然特别想去江陵。

虽然《鬼怪》里有很多经典取景地，但江陵的大海一直是我最想去的地方之一。感觉那里有一种很特别的氛围，没有首尔那么热闹，却能让人慢慢放松下来。想挑一个天气好的日子，沿着海边散散步，坐在沙滩上吹海风，什么都不做，只是静静地看看海。

当然，去江陵怎么能少得了海鲜！

一直听说江陵的海鲜又新鲜又便宜，生鱼片、帝王蟹、扇贝、蛤蜊、海螺……光是想想就开始期待了。再找一家靠海的小店，一边吃着热腾腾的海鲜锅，一边看着窗外的大海，感觉这就是我心目中最舒服的旅行。

其实我一直觉得，很多旅行的起点都不是攻略，而是一部电视剧、一首歌，或者一个瞬间。

《鬼怪》就是这样的一部作品。它不仅仅是一部爱情剧，更像是一段关于陪伴、离别和成长的故事。十年过去了，再回头看，很多以前没有感受到的细节，现在好像都能理解了。所以特别想等去完江陵以后，再把《鬼怪》重新完整看一遍。到时候再看到剧里的海边、街道和风景，应该会有完全不一样的感觉。

相比首尔的都市氛围，济州岛更适合放慢脚步，吹吹海风、看看大海。7月虽然天气比较热，但正是欣赏济州海景的最佳季节，海水湛蓝、天空晴朗，随手一拍都很有度假感。

来到济州岛，牛岛一定不能错过。可以搭船登岛后租一辆自行车或电动车环岛，沿着海岸慢慢骑行，欣赏被称为“果冻海”的清澈海水。岛上还有很有名的花生冰淇淋，边吃边看海，特别惬意。

喜欢自然风光的话，推荐去城山日出峰。这里是济州岛最具代表性的景点之一，也是世界自然遗产。登顶大约需要二三十分钟，虽然有一点坡度，但到达山顶后，可以俯瞰整个济州东部海岸，风景非常值得。

如果想找一个适合散步、拍照的地方，可以去涉地可支。这里有宽阔的海岸草地、悬崖步道和蔚蓝的大海，很多韩剧都曾在这里取景。天气好的时候，海天一色，非常治愈。

另外，建议在济州岛至少安排3天2晚，这样行程不会太赶，还可以品尝当地的黑猪肉、鲍鱼粥、海鲜和橘子甜品，感受济州独特的美食文化。

ハンガン公園屋外プール

ソウルの夏の暑さを、街を離れずに乗り切りたいなら、漢江（ハンガン）の屋外プールは最高の選択肢のひとつです。毎年6月下旬から8月末にかけて、漢江沿いの公園は川べりの夏のリゾートへと様変わりします。

今夏は川沿いの6か所が営業中です：纛島（トゥクソム）、汝矣島（ヨイド）、蚕室（チャムシル）、広津（クァンジン）、麻浦（マポ）の蘭芝（ナンジ）、そして楊花（ヤンファ）。プールは6月19日に正式オープンし、8月30日まで休みなく営業します。多くの施設は9時から18時まで利用できますが、日中の暑さを避けたい方には、纛島・汝矣島・蚕室・蘭芝など一部の施設が7月3日以降、22時まで営業時間を延長しています。夜の川辺で泳ぐのはまったく別格の体験で、一度は試してみる価値がありますよ。ただし週末は混雑することがあるのでご注意を！

各施設にはそれぞれ個性がありますが、どこも年齢や深さ別にプールが分かれており、子どもから大人まで楽しめます。汝矣島は最大3,600人を収容できる人気スポットで、纛島はのんびりとした川沿いの雰囲気で人気です。蚕室は深さの異なる3つのプールがあり、デッキチェアやパラソルが並んでいます。また、新たに改装された広津も今年からラインナップに復活しました。全6か所にライフガードが配置され、緊急対応設備を備えた医療スタッフも常駐しています。

料金はとてもリーズナブルで、大人はプールが5,000ウォン、ウォータープレイグラウンドが3,000ウォン、6歳未満のお子さんは無料です。4人につきパラソル1本が無料で提供され、ロッカーは少額の料金で利用できます。タオルと水泳帽は貸し出しがないので、持参するか現地で購入してください。水泳帽の着用は必須です、忘れずに！大型の浮き輪、フィン、シュノーケル、キックボードはプール内への持ち込みが禁止されています。

軽食やノンアルコール飲料の持ち込みはOKですが、出前の食べ物やアルコールは禁止されています。また、昼休み（12時〜13時）と夕方休憩（17時30分〜19時）は入水が一時停止されますので、スケジュールに合わせてご来場ください。さらに、利用者とスタッフの安全のため、毎時間終わりに15分間の休憩があります。

交通手段は公共交通機関の利用がおすすめです。各施設は地下鉄やバスで好アクセスですが、暑い日は近隣の駐車場がすぐに満車になってしまいます。快適に楽しむためにも、早めの来場がおすすめです〜！

Si buscas una manera de escapar del calor del verano en Seúl sin salir de la ciudad, las piscinas al aire libre del río Han son una de las mejores opciones. Cada año, desde finales de junio hasta finales de agosto, los parques del río Han se transforman en un auténtico complejo veraniego a orillas del río.

Este verano hay seis ubicaciones abiertas a lo largo del río: Ttukseom, Yeouido, Jamsil, Gwangnaru, Nanji y Yanghwa. Las piscinas abrieron oficialmente el 19 de junio y funcionan hasta el 30 de agosto, sin ningún día de descanso durante la temporada. La mayoría de los recintos operan de 9:00 a 18:00, pero si prefieres evitar el calor del mediodía, algunos — como Ttukseom, Yeouido, Jamsil y Nanji — amplían su horario hasta las 22:00 a partir del 3 de julio. Nadar de noche junto al río es una experiencia completamente diferente y vale la pena vivirla al menos una vez, ¡aunque puede ser bastante concurrido los fines de semana!

Alli encontrarás piscinas divididas por grupos de edad y profundidad, con opciones tanto para niños como para adultos. Yeouido destaca como uno de los lugares más populares, con capacidad para más de 3.600 visitantes a la vez. Ttukseom es muy querido por su ambiente tranquilo a orillas del río, mientras que Jamsil ofrece tres piscinas de distintas profundidades con filas de tumbonas y sombrillas. Además, hay socorristas en los seis recintos e instalaciones médicas con equipos de emergencia disponibles en el lugar.

Las entradas son muy asequibles: los adultos pagan 5.000 won en las piscinas y 3.000 won en las zonas de juegos acuáticos, mientras que los niños menores de 6 años entran gratis. Por cada cuatro visitantes se facilita una sombrilla de forma gratuita, y hay taquillas disponibles por una pequeña tarifa. Las toallas y los gorros de baño no se proporcionan, así que trae los tuyos o cómpralos en el recinto. El gorro de baño es obligatorio, ¡no olvides llevarlo! Las flotadores grandes, las aletas, los tubos de buceo y las tablas de natación no están permitidos dentro de las piscinas.

Puedes traer de casa aperitivos ligeros y bebidas sin alcohol, pero la comida a domicilio y el alcohol están prohibidos. Ten en cuenta que el acceso al agua se interrumpe durante las pausas del mediodía (12:00–13:00) y de la cena (17:30–19:00), así que organiza tu visita en función de estos horarios. Además, la natación se detiene durante 15 minutos al final de cada hora por la seguridad de los visitantes y el personal.

Lo más recomendable es llegar en transporte público — las instalaciones están bien comunicadas por metro y autobús, y los aparcamientos cercanos se saturan rápidamente en los días de calor. Llega temprano para disfrutar de la mejor experiencia~

If you're looking for a way to beat the Seoul summer heat without leaving the city, the Hangang outdoor pools are one of the best answers around. Every year from late June through the end of August, the Han River parks transform into a riverside summer resort.

This summer, six locations along the river are open for the season: Ttukseom, Yeouido, Jamsil, Gwangnaru, Nanji, and Yanghwa. The pools officially opened on June 19 and run through August 30, with no days off during the season. Most spots operate from 9 AM to 6 PM, but if you prefer to avoid the midday heat, selected venues including Ttukseom, Yeouido, Jamsil, and Nanji offer extended evening hours until 10 PM from July 3 onward — night swimming by the river is a whole different experience and worth trying at least once, though it may get crowded during the weekends!

Each location has its own personality, but across the board you'll find pools divided by age group and depth, with options for kids and adults. Yeouido stands out as one of the most popular spots, capable of accommodating over 3,600 visitors at once. Ttukseom is beloved for its relaxed riverside atmosphere, while Jamsil offers three pools at different depths alongside rows of sunbeds and parasols. Gwangnaru, freshly reconstructed, rejoins the lineup this year as well. There are also lifeguards on duty across all six sites and on-site medical facilities with emergency equipment on hand.

The tickets are very affordable - adults pay 5,000 won for the pools and 3,000 won for water playgrounds, while children under 6 get in free. One parasol is provided free of charge for every four visitors, and lockers are available for a small fee. Towels and swim caps are not provided, so bring your own or buy them on-site. A swim cap is mandatory, do not forget to bring one!!. Large inflatables, fins, snorkels, and kickboards are not permitted inside the pools.

You're welcome to bring light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks from home, but delivered food and alcohol are off-limits. Note that entry is paused during lunch breaks (12–1 PM) and dinner breaks (5:30–7 PM), so time your visit accordingly. Swimming also stops for 15-minute breaks at the end of every hour for the safety of visitors and staff.

Getting there by public transport is the smart move — the facilities are well-connected by subway and bus, and parking near the parks gets congested quickly on hot days. Come early for the most pleasant expereince~

上週去 INSPIRE 看演唱會，最驚喜的居然是網路😂

上週終於去仁川 INSPIRE 看演唱會啦！現場真的超多人，進場、散場到處都是人潮，原本還有點擔心手機網路會不會直接卡住，畢竟之前在人多的地方真的遇過訊號很差的情況。

結果這次用 CHINGU MOBILE 的 SIM 卡完全沒有讓我失望👏
不管是排隊入場、跟朋友聯絡、開地圖找路，還是演唱會結束後叫車、傳照片、發限動，網路都很順，沒有遇到一直轉圈圈或傳不出去的狀況。

尤其散場那種幾萬人一起離開的時候，還能正常上網真的很重要，不然找朋友或查交通都會很麻煩。

如果最近也準備去韓國看演唱會、音樂祭，或是要去人很多的景點，真的很推薦先把網路準備好，這樣才能安心拍照、分享，也不用擔心臨時需要網路卻連不上。

這次除了演唱會很滿足之外，也默默覺得選對 SIM 卡真的省了不少麻煩！

每年这个时候都是租房高峰期，好的房子真的很快就会被租走。不过越是着急，越要仔细检查，不然入住后才发现问题就麻烦了。

✨ 1. 不要只看面积，要看格局。
同样都是18㎡，有的房子会觉得很宽敞，有的却连行李箱都打不开，格局真的比面积更重要。

✨ 2. 不要完全相信照片。
很多房源都会用广角拍摄，现场看可能比照片小很多。如果可以的话，还是建议亲自去看房。

✨ 3. 闻一下房间有没有异味。
发霉味、潮湿味、下水道味，这些入住以后很难解决，最好现场就确认。

✨ 4. 检查采光和通风。
打开窗户看看外面是什么环境，也顺便确认窗户能不能正常开关。

韓國大田必吃！聖心堂真的比想像中還厲害

這次到韓國，特地安排了一趟大田，就是為了朝聖超有名的 聖心堂（성심당）！

原本以為只是一般的麵包店，沒想到一到現場真的被排隊人潮嚇到，店裡滿滿都是剛出爐的麵包香，光是聞到就讓人食指大動。

他們最有名的就是招牌炸麵包，外皮酥酥的，裡面的紅豆餡不會太甜，吃起來完全不膩，難怪很多韓國人一次都是好幾袋在買。除了招牌商品之外，店裡還有超多麵包、蛋糕和甜點，每一款看起來都超誘人，真的很容易失心瘋。

價格也比想像中親民，以這樣的品質來說 CP 值真的很高，很適合買來當下午茶，或是帶回去跟朋友一起分享。

如果有機會到韓國旅遊，真的很推薦安排一天到大田走走，除了可以逛逛這座舒服又悠閒的城市，更不能錯過聖心堂！喜歡麵包的人一定會愛上這裡，完全是值得專程來一趟的韓國美食名店！

韓国・大邱旅行で感じた魅力

韓国旅行といえばソウルや釜山を思い浮かべる人が多いですが、今回は**大邱（テグ）**を訪れてみました。実際に行ってみると、街の雰囲気がとても落ち着いていて、のんびり観光したい人にぴったりの場所でした。

まず訪れたのは東城路（トンソンロ）。ショッピングやグルメが充実していて、おしゃれなカフェや韓国コスメのお店もたくさんあります。歩いているだけでも楽しく、地元の人たちの日常を感じることができました。

大邱は韓国を代表するグルメの街としても有名です。名物のチムカルビやマクチャンを食べましたが、どれも本当に美味しくて大満足でした。食べ歩きが好きな人にはぜひおすすめしたいです。

夜になると街並みがライトアップされ、昼間とはまた違った魅力を楽しめます。カフェでゆっくり過ごしたり、夜風を感じながら散歩したりと、とてもリラックスした時間を過ごせました。

One of my favorite places in Busan is Gwangalli Beach. It has a completely different vibe from other beaches, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the city.

The highlight of Gwangalli is definitely the breathtaking view of the Gwangan Bridge. During the day, the beach is peaceful and full of people enjoying the sunshine, while at night, the bridge lights up with colorful LED displays, creating a romantic and unforgettable atmosphere.

There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars along the beachfront, so it's easy to spend an entire afternoon or evening here. I grabbed a drink, walked along the shore, and watched the waves while listening to street musicians. It was such a relaxing experience.

If you're lucky, you might even catch a drone light show or a fireworks event, making your visit even more memorable.

最近才發現家附近有無人的小雜貨店主要是賣冰淇淋跟零食什麼的

前兩天在路上太熱了想說進去吹個冷氣仔細一看才發現賣得滿便宜的~

有一兩款我平常會買來吃的冰跟便利商店比有便宜兩三百韓幣耶！

礦泉水一瓶也是才400韓幣便宜到嚇到

雖然也不是什麼大錢但有種賺到的感覺哈哈
